We provide different size of cars. At the quotation step you can choose the right size of car for the people travelling and your luggage
Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
After you complete all required steps of the booking you will receive a confirmation email
You can also login to your account and manage your booking
Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?
Can’t find your driver at the collection time ensure you contact us referring your booking number
Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
You can login to your account and cancel your booking. For cancellations in less than 12 hours from the time requested please call or email us.

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight, therefor you will not be charged extra if will be delayed

In this unfortunate situation please call or email us immediately to re-arrange your booking
Q: What does the price include?
It includes your transfer from and to the selected points by the selected car type. For airport pick ups it also includes the parking fee for 30 minutes and meet and greed service
Q: How early do I need to book?
The sooner the better. We need a minimum notice of three hours in advance
